Another fine slip jig with a surname of a musician who may have been held in high esteem or whose social graces prompted admiration. I remember hearing this in 1964 by banjo player Seamus Egan of Lumcloon, Co. Offaly. After I learned it, I was to play the tune many more times with Seamus at various musical gatherings.
