Donegal old time fiddlers seemed to delight in this as a solo tune. Its title may have come from a person who dreamed of the mysteries of the Orient or perhaps a World War II veteran who fought in the South Pacific. In any case, this one has unusual rhythm and tempo, depending on who plays it.
