    The Irish Traditional Music Archive (ITMA) is committed to providing free, universal access to the rich cultural tradition of Irish music, song and dance. If you’re able, we’d love for you to consider a donation. Any level of support will help us preserve and grow this tradition for future generations.

    Make your donation go further: a donation of €250 or more in any tax year is worth an additional 44.93% to ITMA. So for €50 more, ITMA can claim an additional €112.33 tax back from revenue.

    Irish-based donors can see their donations augmented by the State through the CHY3 form, which makes any donation above €250 worth €362.33 towards ITMA’s archival work, at no additional cost to you.

    ITMA is eligible for 501(c)3 donations, so for potential donors based in the USA, donating to ITMA can be a tax efficient way of making more and more archival material accessible to remote users.

    Chris McLoughlin

    Not many folks can make a living playing the piano accordion, but then not many piano accordionists can play like Chris McLoughlin. His mother Patsy Early McLoughlin has been one of the leading step dancing teachers in the U.S. for many years while his father Chris is a talented singer from Belfast. Chris specializes in music for the feis and is at the top of his field, constantly flying to play for dancers all over the U.S. as well as in Europe, Australia and New Zealand.
