    The Irish Traditional Music Archive (ITMA) is committed to providing free, universal access to the rich cultural tradition of Irish music, song and dance. If you’re able, we’d love for you to consider a donation. Any level of support will help us preserve and grow this tradition for future generations.

    Make your donation go further: a donation of €250 or more in any tax year is worth an additional 44.93% to ITMA. So for €50 more, ITMA can claim an additional €112.33 tax back from revenue.

    Irish-based donors can see their donations augmented by the State through the CHY3 form, which makes any donation above €250 worth €362.33 towards ITMA’s archival work, at no additional cost to you.

    ITMA is eligible for 501(c)3 donations, so for potential donors based in the USA, donating to ITMA can be a tax efficient way of making more and more archival material accessible to remote users.

    Jerry O’Sullivan

    Jerry was born in New York City and now lives in White Plains. His first instrument was the highland bagpipes but following a visit to cousins in Dublin, he switched to the uilleann pipes. Back in New York, he got instruction and inspiration from piper Bill Ochs and developed his own robust but sophisticated style. In the 1980s he toured with Mick Moloney’s Green Fields of America troupe and recorded two of his five solo CDs. Jerry is much in demand as a session player on recordings that include film scores and a disc by Dolly Parton.
