In its original state, this tune had two parts when collected by Francis O’Neill. Sergeant James O’Neill, then living in Chicago, introduced two extra parts to his partner in music, Francis O’Neill. Soon after, Francis O’Neill remembered his father having a one-part tune which he introduced as a first part for the jig. It all turned out as a work of art.
