There’s a story of little Johnny Tobin being an orphan, living alone when he began working for a living. Soon he met a girl and they set a date for their marriage. On the morning of the wedding ceremony, everyone was seated in the church but Johnny wasn’t seen or heard. After an hour of waiting, a friend ran down the street, and was soon knocking at Johnny’s door. Finally, Johnny came to the door, and, rubbing his eyes he said, “What’s all the banging for?” His friend shouted, “You sleepy-headed jackass, don’t you know you almost missed your own wedding? Get your clothes on quickly-she’s waiting for you below in the church!”
