Paddy’s mother is the source of this reel, which was played by the Castle Céilí Band when it competed at the Fleadh Cheoil competitions during the 1960s. Paddy himself played it on holiday visits to Dublin. He was identified as a musician who had some of the best of the ‘old ones’.
